Portfolio Manager
Joel Fischer is an experienced portfolio manager with a strong analytical understanding and a passion for quantitative investment strategies. He began his career at Credit Suisse, where he worked in various areas. As an Index Portfolio Manager, he was responsible for the construction and management of benchmark-oriented portfolios with ETFs and index funds.
He also gained valuable experience in fund analysis with a focus on ESG and in Lombard Lending.
At PARSUMO, he is jointly responsible for portfolio management and ensures that both factor-based models and asset management mandates are implemented efficiently and in line with strategy. His analytical mindset, client focus and in-depth specialist knowledge enable him to use quantitative models and rule-based strategies in a targeted manner to manage portfolios in a structured manner and make well-founded investment policy decisions. He keeps a close eye on market developments and is in close contact with experts and partners.
Joel Fischer studied Business Administration with a specialization in Banking & Finance at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
