Marcel Burger is a recognised expert in pension and investment solutions with over 25 years of professional experience in the financial services sector. As Managing Partner and Head of the Relationship Management Team, he is responsible for advising and supporting our clients.

He specialises in BVG consulting for medium-sized corporate clients, including the development and implementation of BVG 1e plans and tailored pension solutions for entrepreneurs and executives.

In addition, Marcel Burger is also active in the area of asset management and investment advisory services. He advises institutional investors and develops investment strategies that are aligned with the specific needs and financial objectives of our clients.

Marcel Burger is a graduate in Business Administration FH, Certified International Investment Analyst, Certified International Wealth Manager and, since 2010, CAIA Charterholder. He is currently completing a Master of Advanced Studies in Pension Fund Management at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.

Marcel R. Zutter is one of two founding partners of Parsumo and has over 35 years of experience in asset management and advising pension funds and other institutional clients. As CEO, he is responsible for Parsumo’s management and is a member of the board of directors.

He applies his many years of experience in BVG consulting for medium-sized corporate clients and in quantitative asset management for institutional investors, where he develops customised and innovative solutions that are tailored to our customers’ requirements.

Before founding Parsumo, Marcel R. Zutter held various leading positions globally, including in Switzerland, Asia and most recently in the USA. There he served as a member of the executive board of State Street in Boston, at the time the world’s largest asset manager and global custodian. As Global Head Strategy & Executive Operations, he was responsible for globally relevant strategic projects.

Marcel R. Zutter is a member of the Board of Directors of companies in the finance and technology industries. He holds a Master of Arts from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Basel and is a graduate of the Swiss Banking School and the Harvard AMP programme in Boston.

Lucas Widmer has many years of experience in the financial industry, which he uses in his role as a relationship manager to support and advise our clients.

As a pension expert, he provides BVG advice to medium-sized corporate clients and manages the development of our proprietary analysis and benchmarking activities, which we use to develop customised pension solutions for our clients.

In addition, Lucas Widmer prepares financial plans for entrepreneurs and wealthy individuals with a client-specific focus on retirement, pension and liquidity planning. He also advises clients in the areas of asset management and investment advice.

Lucas Widmer is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). He also holds a Bachelor of Science from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) and a Master of Advanced Studies in Financial Consulting.

Martin Bolliger has many years of experience in the financial industry and is dedicated to serving and advising our clients as a Relationship Manager.

As part of our BVG advisory services, he develops customised pension solutions for medium-sized corporate clients and implements vested benefits solutions for entrepreneurs and executives. Through his active exchange with our network of partners, he contributes to maintaining and expanding our market expertise.

He also develops sales and marketing activities to continuously enhance the customer experience.

Martin Bolliger holds a Bachelor of Science in International Management from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) and is currently completing a Master’s in Sustainability Management.

Franz Kuster has more than 50 years of experience in the financial sector, which he puts at the disposal of our customers as a senior investment adviser.

He advises institutional investors and wealthy private customers as part of the PARadvice advisory mandate with a focus on Switzerland. In addition to his decades of experience in asset management, his expertise as an auditor, including at Neutra and Credit Suisse, also flows into his advisory services.

He has been managing assets for institutional and private clients since 1988. Some clients have been entrusting him with their assets for more than 25 years.

Franz Kuster is a federally certified fiduciary.

Dr. Niklaus Meyer is a proven risk management specialist with over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. In his role as Head Portfolio Management & Research, he is responsible for the further development of our quantitative models and the implementation of investment strategies in our clients’ portfolios.

He also develops customised discretionary portfolio management and investment advisory portfolios for institutional investors. He regularly shares his risk management expertise with clients, as an advisor, in lectures or through the publication of specialist articles.

Dr. Niklaus Meyer studied theoretical physics at the University of Basel and completed his doctorate with a thesis on deterministic chaos in non-linear scattering systems.

Raphael Berger has over 25 years of professional experience in the finance sector and specialises in processes, projects and finance. As managing partner and CFO/COO & HR at PARSUMO, he is responsible for finance, processes and human resources.

He also uses his many years of experience to monitor risks and, in collaboration with the compliance partner, to ensure regulatory requirements are met in accordance with FINMA and KAG legislation.

Raphael Berger is a graduate in Business Administration (with a specialisation in finance) and a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA).

Alhaji Mansaray has several years of experience in the financial industry. As a Junior Operations and Portfolio Manager, he ensures that operational processes run smoothly and works to consistently optimise these tasks.

He also monitors compliance with regulatory requirements and supervises in-house funds and asset management mandates in portfolio management. Working closely with our partners, he supports trading activities for our private and institutional clients.

Alhaji Mansaray holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW).
