- Rule-based, fact-based stock selection without emotional influences.
- Precise screening and selection of undervalued stocks worldwide.
- Dynamic adjustment to market conditions to maximize returns.
Our equity strategy is based on the Quantitative Stock Selection (QSS) approach – a factor-based process that aims to exploit market inefficiencies and select undervalued stocks. PARSUMO Capital uses a comprehensive screening model that relies on publicly available and verified company information to identify stocks whose true potential is not yet reflected in the market price.
Our approach: fact-based and objective
The QSS approach differs from traditional, forecast-driven strategies due to its rule-based methodology. We do not rely on speculation or emotional decisions, but evaluate stocks based on more than 120 factors that are specific to each region and industry. This allows us to select undervalued companies while minimizing unwanted risks, such as currency or sector risk, relative to the benchmark.
Transparency and dynamics
Our screening model analyzes around 12’000 companies from a global universe of 55’000 stocks and ranks each stock. The dynamic risk management of the QSS approach ensures that we react flexibly to changing market conditions and economic cycles . We regularly adjust the valuation factors to achieve sustainable outperformance against the benchmark.
Your advantages
Our QSS approach provides you with a structured and active equity portfolio that is specifically geared to regions such as Europe or Switzerland. Highly efficient markets such as the US are covered in a global equity strategy with index-based collective investments. This strategy offers you long-term performance based on fact-based decisions and an in-depth understanding of the capital markets.
