Georg Staub is an expert in occupational pension consulting and institutional asset management, with more than 25 years of experience in the financial markets. He advises companies and institutional clients on the optimisation and management of their pension solutions, including Swiss occupational pensions (BVG), 1e pension plans and vested benefits solutions.
He has extensive experience advising institutional clients at UBS, where his responsibilities included heading the occupational pension advisory business as well as the 1e and vested benefits offering in cooperation with third-party foundations. He subsequently served as Managing Director of several corporate pension funds and, as a member of the Executive Board of a collective pension foundation, was responsible for sales and portfolio management.
His comprehensive expertise covers all aspects of occupational pensions and asset management for institutional investors, particularly Swiss pension funds. Georg places great emphasis on providing tailored and sustainable advice to meet his clients’ long-term objectives and specific, complex requirements.
Georg Staub holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from a University of Applied Sciences, is a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA), and has a Master’s degree in Pension Fund Management. He also holds a FINMA licence as an independent insurance intermediary for life and supplementary health insurance.
